Whenever I need them to back me up they are rarely on my side and able to help me. Also it is really hard to properly upload anything to their website. I think I I'm going to stop using them
Sold me a horrible manual. When I asked about it they gave me another manual that wasn't for my car. The manual I got was missing pages and didn't have paige numbers.
Also missing section 8
If you do not cancel your subscription right away they will charge you and never send you a receipt or email to notify you, a little bit sneaky if you ask me.
