I am writing about an internet purchase I made on Friday, Sept 13,2013 at 12:54 PDT. To the writiing date and time of this, the "merchant" will not respond to my emails ( and I have no other way to contact them, as described within) but they sure have my money.

The item purchased was a Black Concept 2 rower from X Fit ie X Fitmess Equipment Online xfitnessequipmentonline.com and was paid for through Google wallet.

After paying for the time, I went back to the website to confirm my purchase, but the website still had my item in the shopping cart and when I looked at "my account" it said I had not made a purchase. It still says that.

I wrote them through Google Wallet, sending them my order# and asking for shipping information; to date they have not responded. They did send me an email about my registering an account with them, but never replied to my response either.

With no response I called the number on the receipt to ask them directly about the shipment of my paid for item. I reached a message that said "Welcome. Please select a pin number and press the pound key." So I did a Google map search of the address on the receipt and it is not a fitness warehouse; it is a residence in Selma, TX. So, I called Google Wallet and told them of my concerns and was sent an email to file a complainant. Shortly after I filed the complaint, I received an email saying the item had shipped but there is no carrier or tracking information. I have requested this over and over now for 3 days from Google Wallet and "X Fit" with no reply.

Since I place my order, i have tried to find out when it would ship. AFTER filing my Google Wallet complaint I received this "notice of shipment", I have sent emails to X Fit and Google Wallet requesting proof of shipment and a means to track it. I have been ignored.

Though, Google Wallet does send me a form response to every email almost which says "We recently contacted the seller, shared your concerns, and requested that they address any issues.

Please allow the seller three full business days to respond to your request. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If your concern is not addressed within five business days, please respond to this email."

In this day and age of electronic communication, having to wait this long for the seller to simply provide me proof of tracking/shipment is ridiculous. Also, I have searched the internet regarding this company and found numerous complaints of not receiving what was purchased, or of receiving used, dirty equipment instead of brand new as paid for.

I called my bank and after a brief call with Google Wallet, and given it was revealed that they at Google Wallet had no way to contact seller, my dispute was honored.
