Service was good. My only suggestion would be to allow purchase of usb or cd once pictures are processed BEFORE returning customer media. Processing the usb or cd separately costs additional shipping to customers that could and should be avoided.

Hi Robin, Thank you for the feedback! DVDs can certainly be processed with the initial order if you choose the Direct to DVD option! USB drives are a seperate purchase however, because we will not know how much data you have until all of the work is done. We sell five different size drives in order to accommodate customer orders of all sizes.

I had purchased a Kitchenaid blender and was quite happy with it. However, when I needed a replacement jar the item had been discontinued. What's the point of purchasing an expensive product if they discontinue the parts. Buyer beware and I suggest anyone needing a blender stay away from Kitchenaid and buy a cheaper blender that can be tossed out when it breaks. Same thing for KitchenAid food processors. Their mixers, however, do have parts available.

Tip for consumers:
KitchenAid discontinues parts for their blenders and food processors so buyers would be better off purchasing something cheaper and replacing with new when it breaks.

AQHA advertises benefits and rebates but you can't trust that they will be available EVEN IF YOU ASKED when paying the membership. A $500 rebate was available when I paid for the membership. Then when I tried to use it it was no longer available. I never received any notification it would be removed. Instead I only found out when I attempted to use it a few months later. I contacted the membership representative that I made the purchase through with no satisfaction. The supervisor returned my call and I again explained the scenario. Basically too bad so sad that the rebate was no longer available and they were NOT WILLING to refund the membership. I had always though they were an organization with integrity. Think again and I recommend you don't subscribe to their membership if at all possible. Especially don't trust anything they advertise as a rebate!

Tip for consumers:
AQHA-recommend you do not become a member if you're looking to use their rebates. You can't trust that they will be available and they do not notify you when they're removed.
