We placed a parts order through their order online section and they never processed it; we didn't find out for a week when we called to see if the parts were in. They refused to do anything to make it right, we requested the parts be overnighted for a cost of $35, but they refused. We were not only told to find the parts somewhere else (which has been difficult and ended up having to order from Singapore) we were told never to step foot in their business or order from their website again. We did not do anything to incite this type of treatment. We posted our experience on one website and rec. An email from the store manager/owner's son stating they were going to sue us for slander if we didn't "leave them alone"; we all know that's what these review sites are for! In my opinion beware of dealing with these people, they treat people terribly and don't check their internet orders. They admitted that they never even checked the order until we called; who knows how many other orders were never processed. These statements are completely my opinion and reflect our experience with both the website and the store management.
