I ordered some vitamins online from this company as the prices were very reasonable. What they don't tell you is it takes TEN days to get your order (I have been out of my vitamins which are key to keeping my migraines away). Needless to say, just discovered that their "Standard Shipping" is performed by a snail family. The time frames they give you on their website are misleading and had I known, I would never have placed my order to save a few bucks. On top of that, they don't even have a customer service phone number to call, you have to email them! What kind of company doesn't have a customer service phone number? They finally responded via email, no help, just "Sorry for your inconvenience." Not acceptable as I sit here with a migraine!

I will never buy from Bliss again. Second, I will tell everyone I know about my experience. There are too many options out there for shopping online and Bliss needs to get its act together. Until then, I will be spending my hard-earned money elsewhere.

I purchased a jacket on line from Bliss as the prices for this particular jacket were lower than other retailers. I didn't like the jacket and returned it for a refund. (on December 5,2013) and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AS OF DECEMBER 19,2013! I contacted Bliss the week of December the 9th (after experiencing very long hold times and having having the calls disconnected after waiting on hold before I even got to an agent). I gave the agent the tracking # of my return and she said she would process a refund after confirming that the warehouse had received my item (which they had according to the tracking info). No refund was posted to my credit card as promised. I tried several days after that to reach some and was on hold again for long periods and when I finally got someone to speak to, it was an "overflow" center that was answering the calls and taking messages. I get it, it's the Holiday Season. However, what I don't get is why AFTER LEAVING THREE MESSAGES, no one EVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS.

Throughout all of this, I left a review about the jacket and someone from Bliss emailed me about how sorry they were that I didn't like the jacket. In desperation I told this person (via email) about my futile attempts to get my money back. She told me she would look into it and process a refund for me (which still has not credited to my credit card). So, here I sit still waiting and warning other consumers out there! I for one will not be wasting anymore time with a company that not only doesn't even answer their own phones, but doesn't return customer's calls.

If you are a popcorn lover, you will love this site. They do not rake you over the coals with shipping and I cannot believe how quickly I received my orders! GREAT products, GREAT service, and VERY FAST shipping!

If you like bath products, you will LOVE this site. I have always been a "LUSH" fan (I am especially fond of Bath Bombs) and as I have watched their prices continue to skyrocket, I searched elsewhere to get my Bath Bomb fix. I found this gem, Moons Harvest, and I'm hooked! They have great products and excellent customer service. They always answer the phone and include free samples with your order. The only downfall is that the products do take a little time to arrive but they are well worth the wait. One of the reasons for this is that everything is HAND-MADE. You can ask for them to expedite the order though and they will. This business is a mother and daughter team out of Texas and the embodiment of Entrepreneurial spirit. Their products are all natural as well and safe for those with sensitive skin. You won't find a bigger Bath Bomb at a better price anywhere! Their Bath Bombs cost almost 1/2 the price as the ones at Lush. They sell much more than Bath Bombs too, check them out!

I found this awesome site when searching for a particular specialty food item. I also wanted it quickly and was looking for a site that offered expedited shipping. Not only did they have the item I was looking for, they offered expedited (and overnight shipping) at the lowest rates I have seen. Most of the time consumers get gouged on shipping, but not here. They have an incredible selection of vitamins, herbs, food products, etc., from A-Z and the item I ordered was priced lower than when I ordered it from Amazon! My item arrived quickly plus they send you free product samples that you get to choose. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Initially I was happy with this website. I ordered some accessories for my vehicle and one of the things (a speaker cover) kept falling off. I called and they sent me a replacement. I am now having problems with another accessory and called for help NUMEROUS times and no one answers the phone anymore, despite me calling during their listed business hours. I have even left several messages and no one ever returned my calls. VERY DISAPPOINTED as I previously spent a considerable amount of money with them and deserve better service.

This website showed a pair of sunglasses I was interest in purchasing and due to my bad luck in trying to order them from other websites (I would order them and go through the process only to find out they weren't available anymore), I wanted to call them first to verify that they did have them in stock. I called both of their phone numbers listed on the website and despite calling during their listed business hours, no one ever answered the phone. I left a a few messages and NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL.

I had a question about a pair of sunglasses I was interested in and they do not have a phone number to call to I emailed them and THEY NEVER RESPONDED.
