Dear Rayna Tours,
On June 02/06/2021 I made a payment if 2300 dirham to rent a car via Rayna Tours for ten days. I was asked by your agent (V****) to pay an additional 1000 dirham as an additional deposit I completed the payment on 15/6/2021 (both pictures attached in an email).
I requested that the refund is made to a specific account but your accounts sent the refund to an Omani bank account which was already closed as I left the country instead of my other account as requested. I called the Omani Bank and they confirmed that the payment would have been rejected and bounced back.
It is November 2021 and I have yet to get my payment of 1354 dirham. I need this matter sorted immediately as I have tried contacting the agent (V****) and he is now ignoring my messages.
It is not a large amount but it is my right to get my deposit back. You have not responded to my emails or messages therefore am hoping to get a response back here. Kind regards,
