We have taken the package for 2 years(11th/12th). The system does not allow to switch classes. The customer service is poor. Sales person does not have any control on after sale department. No help from technical department. As such product is not worthy. I do not suggest anyone to go with this. However, the sales guy is too pushing for the product. Be aware.
