In my experience, they don't make much of an attempt to deliver items.
Phoning customer support is a waste of time; no one answers, no one calls back
Their products may be competitively priced, but the scam is that they are not a Canadian company.
Their office is in Shenzhen, China. Their 'factories' are in Hong Kong and The Netherlands.
Needless to say, their claim of 7-10 days shipping is FALSE. Shipping to Canada from Hong Kong or The Netherlands takes at least 3 weeks.
