“Never received my order”

I ordered a Black & Decker/Dewalt DCC020IB 20v Bare Inflator. Never received this item. You can not
Call Hardware World, they never answer their phone. I have sent numerous emails to their customer
Service email with no responses from them. Is this a scam company? I just want my money back.
