Stay AWAY from Hp's laptops. This is one of those companies that don't care at all about customer service or quality of their product, they are just in it to make profit.
I purchased a laptop from them which within a month started to overheat so badly that the plastic actually melted around the fan. I couldnt get it in to be fixed for a few months because i had too much work stuff on there, when i finally was able to they tried to tell me they wouldnt do anything about it.

Alot of builders seem to give pretty average service but this one was very good. The quality of their materials are quite high, you find these new homes that are built with cheap materials but its not like that with extension factory
