I ordered a Christmas gift for my granddaughter from Heaven Sent. First time ordering from them. After getting the order confirmation (and payment details) I have yet to get a shipping notice. I have emailed them 3 times and gotten no response. So frustrating! I now will have to find a replacement gift that will surely not arrive in time, and dispute the charge with my credit card issuer. Very disappointed!
