This website has the worst service on the planet. I was sent a defective product and it took 4 e-mails to get a response to find out what to do - no instructions on line. Because I was 4 days past the 14 day return policy, they refused to take the product back - over 300$ worth of linens. In the end I asked if they would just replace the defective product and they never sent it. The linens are just sitting on a shelf. I would never order from this company!

Note that this order was placed in November 2009. We did not hear from this customer until 30 days after the 14 day return policy. After the customer was informed that we do not accept returns well after the policy period, she emailed back stating that one of the items was defective with a broken zipper. That type of defectiveness should have been reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the item to enable us to get a replacement from the manufacturer.
