When Google Ads work, they work great. However too much of the time they fail due to glitches in the system or bugs. When I called them to get help, they are rarely able to provide solutions. When calls drop, which happens about half the time, instead of calling me back they simply take the next call in the queue and I never hear back from them. This is unacceptable and I'm spending tens of thousands of dollars.

These guys coded 8 semi-complex pages of a web app for a small fraction of what I would have paid here in San Francisco, where I live. Overall, the code was great. The turnaround was fast, and the project management, communication and customer service was solid all the way through.

Note that I provided a robust invision prototype and an in-depth demo video recording, which I assume helped things run smoothly, especially given that language barriers and time differences make meetings difficult. I would add though that my project manager communicated in English very well.

Like with any contractor (or employee, for that matter), you get out what you put in. I don't know who these negative reviewers are, for those who had bad experiences, I would not surprised if they did a poor job giving the P2H team everything they needed to do a good job.
