Applied for this credit card and unbeknownst to me Venmo nor Chime are NOT accepted as a form of payment. My payment was returned with absolutely no explanation. Had to Google search the issue as explanation on Capital One's site is nowhere listed in "Help" nor a "Live customer service" to assist. The site does not recognize the word Venmo payment nor Chime payment in the AI bot customer help. What an inconvenience to not be able to use an outside service to simply pay a credit card bill. One must be an account holder at one of the many traditional banks with gauging high fees. This credit card is useless.
Get with it Capital One.

Shop Macy's online often. Always receive my orders promptly. Merchandise is packed securely. Products are in clean condition and sizes are correct.

Ordered two swimsuits. Never received order 30 days later. Several run around emails, delay caused by holidays, weather, sitting at post office. Fake shipping information was also presented, package sitting in Czech.

UPDATE: August 12,2016, 33 days ago placed order. NEVER RECEIVED ORDER. Payment refunded.

UPDATE: August 17,2016, 37 days I received the package of two bikinis. Unfinished sewing, exposed elastic edges on all sections of bikini tops, unsewn edges on ties, snagged unthreading lining on bottoms.
Zaful, notify me as to what address I may return these items. Very poor quality, workmanship not provided by experienced professionals, not worth $31.00 US dollars.
