Easy ordering. Good pictures
I recently bought a pattern from Keepsake Quilting. What I got for $8.95 was a piece of paper with a circle and a square on it. I thought I was getting a dog applique pattern. Sure that was the picture on the package but not what was inside. When I called, I was told that the dog applique pattern was separate. The person acknowledged it was unclear. No offer for a return/exchange or any way to make up for the confusion. Why? Would anyone just buy a piece of paper with a circle and a square on it for the outline of a hotpad?
