I ordered a dress on March 16th for my daughter with delivery in 6-9 business days. I noted when I ordered it that it was needed for a pageant on April 15th and to please let me know if it wasn't going to arrive in time. I received an email on 3/20 that it was not in stock, but ordered and would arrive by 3/31. The money was taken out off my debit account on 3/18. Still on April 21, don't have the dress. I have emailed 4 times with no response. I have called 3 times with only a voicemail picking up no matter what time of the day I call. The say they're open Mon-Sat from 12-8pm, but nobody answers the phone. They also don't called you back. I will never ever order anything from this company again. Ever! And will tell anybody that will listen not to order anything from them either. My daughter had a pageant April 15th that she didn't have a dress for! We had to run out at the last minute and get another one. Do not order anything from this site!
