We are amazed about his unethical behavior!
He tried to intimidate us into paying him $15,000 dollars more than we owed him. When I questioned his dubious accounting when he came to our home to collect, he started yelling at us and scared my wife and family, and then told me it would cost him more to just pay him than fight him legally. Since we had the misfortunate of his acquaintance through ANGI / Home Advisor a legally binding third party arbitration was offered in which he was ordered to pay us the amounts he overcharged us.
Of course he defied the order and I will have to engage legal remedy for assistance in enforcing the award.
Even worse, he overcharged us, and at least two of the subcontractors were not paid for their work. Now we are subject to liens while he took the money for himself.
His ethics are akin to the sleazy snake-oil salesman who sells the magic elixir to the unsuspecting until the he is run out and moves to the next town. He just establishes a new corporate entity and continues the unethical behavior!

I filled a compliant with LARA regarding his unethical conduct.
Many with similar experiences have reached out to me, some furious about the money they lost, others happy they walked away before they signed any contract.
It is hard for me to fathom how anyone with a conscience can operate leaving behind a trail of of unethical behavior and unpaid debts to subcontractors.
The nightmare never ends and he refuses to accept responsibility for his actions.

Totally incompetent and complete scam!
I Spoke with representative on phone who assured me that part would fit my vehicle and if for some reason a complication was encountered, I could easily return it.
Big lie.
Part did not fit vehicle and instructions are rudimentary and translated poorly. After dozens of attempts to contact company and getting message in French or disconnected, I had to endure unprofessional conduct of snide chat line operator to get a return authorization. They even suggested that I should find a specialty automotive shop to fabricate a bracket so the light would fit in the headlamp housing.
They will not allow you to speak with anyone once the sale is consummated.
Can only return item via FedEx at your expense. FedEx cost was $ 92 to return an item that weights less than a pound. U.S. Post is $ 14 for same item. That is one measure they use to keep you from returning items.
Then they have the audacity to charge you an additional fee to restock a part that would never fit my vehicle in the first place!
I believe they compromised this website as the last time I looked about 2 months ago, the ratings for Xenon.pro were overwhelming my negative. Even the bad reviews are rated at five stars now!
If they were located in the U.S. they would most likely be held liable for fraud, therefore they ship their parts through Canada to avoid prosecution and return of merchandise.
I would never purchase anything from Xenon.pro and only wish I could do more to expose their fraud and incompetence!
