They had a price on eBay, when I contacted them to buy it they said that was the wrong price I need $100 more. I exclaimed that's not my problem you guys listed it this way. Then he said he would honor that price but needed $100 more for mailing. Doesn't seem like a very good way of running your business.
Customer left off key facts: 1. The mistake in the price was caused by a third party listing service, not us. 2. I sent customer a copy of the ad he purchased from which said that free shipping only applies when shipping to a business address, and shipping to a residential address is $99 additional. Customer chose to not pay the $99 and request a refund, and we refunded the purchase instantly.
