I have used other imaging companies before to save old video clips, but iMemories is by far the best. The quality of some of the videos I received was better than the original. Excellent job. Good customer service
I have been purchasing TVs, camcorders and stereo equipment from this company since they opened their doors. They have the best technical support team on the planet. Where else could you go 10 years after purchasing a stereo component and still get excellent technical support? I had a 15 year old stereo receiver that I had long since lost the manual for and they helped me with some connection issues. Prices are very competitive, but even if they may be slightly more than some discount shops, the lifetime technical support is worth every last penny!
