Purchased a cap lock. Shipping was not quick as advertised.
Needed to return item have called their answering service in the middle of the day twice with no return call. Also emailed with no answer. So certainly not hassle free when it comes to returns.
Went to their web site to write a review. No area to do but somehow there many 4.5 reviews on the website with lies. Maybe there was a time when they were true but not now in my opinion.
