I have had wendy's breakfast in Hays Ks ******* on the north of I70 before, you have to tell them to toast the bread, they tell u it is toasted but it's not, has cold buns w cold butter smear on it... but when it's toasted crisp its really good. Artisan sandwich comes w a fried egg like mom's w cheese and bacon or sag... I took a friend w me and was tellin him how good it was going to be for fast food... order 2 of the Artisan and asked 4 times that the bread was goin to be toasted, oh yeah it'll b toasted, can u make a real crunchy toast, oh yeah we can do that, got order and cold bun cold smeared on butter... tasted like it fell out my dog's azzz... backup and show it them and asked, do u speak english, well yeah, can u understand me now? Yeah, well do you toast the Artisan sandwich bread? Yeah. Then I show it to her... oh well, yeah I asked u 4 times to make it crunchy n if you toasted it, u told yes, I was the only one inline no hurrry I can wait for it... If you are comin thru Hays Ks I would avoid this place for breakfast unless u want something I think taste like the bottom of a nasty shoe. By the way, when u pull up they ask u for ur order under 1sec and unless u order FAST u will b pushed into ordering for they ask u to order every 4 sec just really pushie... nasty breakfast, but has the chance to b great but fails... this has happen to me 3 times now and the one time that it was right it was really good, tire of hit n miss... but if you are on the road I feel they just laugh at you and go on...

Book flight for 3 of us goin to vegas on Wed 3/15/17 from Den leaving on follow wed and coming back fri... got this email right after booking, called and asked where my tickets were to be found? Was told not to worry in a very bad call center which was from India cause I ask where he was from. Today Thursday I get a call after noon that they were not able to honor the tickets but I could get seats for additional cost would I like to rebook... Really? I asked to speak to a manger/supervisor was told he would call me back in 2hrs... I then ask why? As big a co as u r you mean to tell me you have NO manger on the floor... well he will call you back in two hrs... where are my tickets? Well still waiting on that call back n I have called 5 times... run away as fast as u can... true story ~!
