My information is way outdated. The first person I searched for was myself and it's misleading until your website receives my credit card information!

I spent nearly an hour and a half trying to set up an account online both through the website and the app. With no success except customer service being rude not reimbursing me for the time I spent trying to shop for my autistic son on there site and using their services. I even spoke with a supervisor who is equally as unhelpful! In the future I recommend someone going elsewhere such as Amazon or Walmart or even Target online but in short HSN is out for 1 thing... your money regardless of your satisfaction!
