Purchased a server, Immediately after payment hit with a downtime message.
Not once prompted during signup was there a warning that there would be a downtime with the server I am about to purchase.
Support page does not respond on multiple browsers and devices with and or with out a VPN on multiple different networks.
Email ticket takes upto 24 hours for a response from support.
Just stick with AAA gameserver host's
