While this restaurant has been operating in Gila Bend for many many years, their menu options, decor and "special" sign outside is older than the place itself. While they do have good food (for the most part) i have heard many in town choose Circle K and Chevron for pizza over Little Italy. They often hire young women for servers, some of whom are OK and others that have no communication skills at all. Convenience is one of their strong points but pricing is not. While the pandemic has taken a toll on all businesses, Little Italy just has a tired feel to it. Great wings though

Tip for consumers:
No bang for the buck for the pizza's

Products used:
Wings, salads, pastas, pizza, appetizers, sandwiches

If price and customer service were not the only redeeming factors of this company I would take business elsewhere. Website is horrible. Search parameters and results are amateur. Site will not keep you logged in. 10 min of inactivity and site logs you out. Some items show as "In Stock" and are actually back ordered or no longer available or extended lead time to ship. They keep trying to fix or amend website. They need to start from scratch and ditch the current version. Since Grainger has purchased company it's only gotten worse. Some items on website are duplicated with different item numbers and pricing. They should take a page from McMaster Carr's playbook. Best constructed industrial website out there with a customer service team that is unmatched

Tip for consumers:
Know exactly what you're looking for. Or find it on Grainger, then take the manufacturers number of the item and plug that into Zoro's search bar.
If an item says drop ship or back ordered, find it elsewhere because lead time could be forever or never

Products used:
Many products. PPE, parts, tools

How this company rates a 4.8 star review is beyond me. If any review site would allow a 0 I would leave one. I've ordered AJC batteries several times thru one of my companies suppliers (Global Industrial) whom in turn buys them from Battery Clerk and are drop shipped. While the AJC battery itself is decent, the packaging and shipping practices of Battery Clerk are despicable. No packaging material most of the time. Batteries laid on their side and stacked, and the box they come in is barely big enough to fit the batteries. No room for cushion of protective packaging material. Most of the contacts on the batteries are pinched or mashed, contact covers have fallen off or missing. I will never buy from them or another source who uses them ever again

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from Battery Clerk. If you buy from another supplier, make sure they don't use Battery Clerk as their distributer
