I live next door to their BMW car service dealership that begins using air drills at 7AM in the morning, which I can hear through my walls. Per Chicago city ordinance this is prohibited until 8AM.

I went in person today to see the area, which is adjacent to the floor where I live on N Clark St, and confirmed they have and are using those drills at this location, and that they confirmed they start doing this each day at 6:30AM.

The person I spoke with dismissed my complaint as irrelevant since 'We've been here for 20 years' -- but I reminded them that laws are not based on how long you've been successfully breaking them, and certainly not upon doing whatever you feel like because of who you are.

They accepted my payment, and then generated 3 different automated tracking number emails, then a few days later contacted me again to ask for a second payment. I had to point out the previous payment, which apparently they did not record or misplaced, along with a bank statement screenshot to prove it was debited. I also sent them screenshots of the multiple tracking emails for a single order which they sent me for some reason. The overall handling of the issues was inadequate and unprofessional, and frankly not worth the hassle as there are much better sites with the same products.

LiftMode's capsule blend products are excellent -- MesemBright & MoodLift are my personal favorites.
