The site itself is often offline. Their customer service is non-exisitent. I have contacted them twice about an order and have yet to get any response. Unreliable -- I would suggest looking elsewhere.

“Frustrating Customer Service”

Their service department is slow to respond and does not appear to value customers, even when they have invested tens of thousands of dollars in the company's equipment.
