In order to make a purchase you have to open an account. To open an account you have to answer a TON of questions. After doing this and placing my first order for a replacement battery (shown in photo). I was given an estimated delivery time. After MobileSentrix blew past the estimated delivery date they sent me an email asking me to send them photocopies of personal information such as my drivers licence. At this point I asked them to cancel the order as they should have been up front about the information that they required to fulfill the order in the first place and they should start a new policy of under promising and over delivering. MobileSentrix is too difficult to deal with and leaves me and, judging by the reviews that I have seen, a lot of others feeling uncomfortable.
