I've had 21st for a few years. I couple of claims and everything has gone pretty smooth. The only reason im giving them a one star is because of their customer service. It really, really, really sucks. Try calling them over the phone and you will wait a couple of hours. Try the chat and you'll wait there for hours. I recently got my auto policy transfered to toggle, the new 21st branch, and they are just as bad. Looks like they only have one agent working the phones and the chat. This alone is making me consider going with a different insurance provider.

Tip for consumers:
Poor customer service when it comes to availability. Phone and chat wait times are about 2 hours. This is completely rediculous to me.

For many many years I struggled finding "no show" socks. They would always stretch out, not stay in place at the back or be too small. I wear size 11, which is very average. Anyhow, I saw a bombas add and at first I thought they were too pricy for me, but I decided to buy a pair and let me tell you, the best sock I've ever had. I wear the "no show lightweight" and its just the best sock ever. Built right and it grips at the back and never comes off the back. I love the sock. Their customer service is top notch, just like the product. $11 dollars a pair might sound a bit high, but it def. Beats a $12 six pack that will not work at all. Love bombas. I feel like they should pay me for this review lol

I bought the 10oz mug and after a couple of months it stopped working. I was getting a series of lights that indicated the mug was permanently our of service. I contacted ember, no phone number only email. I takes them forever to reply and the service is really slow. It took a bit over a month to resolve the issue and close to a month and a half for me to receive the replacement mug. I also had an issue with they charging coaster and that took about 2 months for them to respond and at the end of the day they didnt replace it. I like the idea of the product, but I dont think its fully functional, they stop working too easily. Back to the drawing board Ember.

Really bad experience with this company and their customer service. They never, ever, answer their phone. I called about 10 times in the period of 2 months and not once they answered. I decided to email them and it takes them about 2 weeks to respond to emails, if they decide to respond. I have one of their trash cans that went bad, I needed a replacement part and they told me it was out of stock, I see this trend with other reviews from customers. They will pretty much ignore you until you give up. I was dealing with Angela and Jasmine, they were always nice with their emails, but kept on ignoring my request for a replacement part. They kept on saying they were out of stock and when part was finally available they told me they would ship it. It has been a couple of months now and they just decided to stop responding to my emails. I requested a phone call and nothing. I've given up because its not worth my time. Sad to see how a company that sells with big stores such as Walmart is so irresponsible and treats customers like that. Their products are poorly made. I decided to just pick up a simply human trashcan instead, I know they would never try to pull some crap like this. Remember guys, you get what you pay for. Shame on ninestar for the horrible customer service.

Such a great company with great products. I've been buying my sunglasses from them for the past 4 years or so. They stand behind their product and they dont play games. They have replaced my frames and my lenses with absolute no problem. Great customer service. Not cheap but totally worth it.

I've had nothing but nightmares when it comes to OnTrac. They are the absolute worst and Its beyond me how they are still in business. Every time I make a purchase and I find out that OnTrac will be handling my package I get nervous. Just last week they failed to deliver a package and I've noticed a trend, they mark the deliveries as delivered and the packages never arrived. I was outside doing my lawn when I received the "DELIVERED" notification and there was no sign of vans or trucks in the area. I've had bad experiences with them about 3 times this last year.

Horrible experience. Customer service has no ability to do anything, all they do is email corporate with whatever issue you are having and then they email you back 3 days later. You might go back and forward between emails for weeks trying to resolve an issue. They lost my package amd it has been two weeks and still cant get a refund. Bad experience, will never buy from staples again.
