Mattresses are very old and used up, we asked for our mattress to be changed or at least a topper, we received neither, other than this the hotel was very nice with a good location, but when staying at a hotel one of the priority is a good and comfortable bed.

We booked a room in Venice, then found out we had to pay upfront, this was the only reservation that this occurred, then when we tried to modify the reservation, the hotel told us because we booked with a third party and not the hotel directly, we had to work with getaroom, when trying to contact gataroom in Europe all I got was a foreign speaking contact, I do not speak Italian, in the future I will always book directly with the hotels.
