Tried to order the Dali Melting Clock at SmartGift.nl last september, but all I got was a pile of $#*! and some bigmouths. Not so with CoolGift, though they practically have the same name. Ordered the part this week and now its "hanging" from my cupboard. Great service, great part and even way cheaper than before.

(Actually a nuisance that one has to select at least 1 star, when zero would be in order)
In oktober ging ik een "Dali Smeltende Klok" bestellen. Ik woon in Duitsland en ondanks het feit dat ik een afleveradres in NL kon benoemen, zou er puur op basis van mijn geo-locatie 9,95 euro aan bezorgkosten berekend worden. Dus daar deed ik eerst navraag naar. 8 November kreeg ik bericht van ene Michelle, dat zij direct de bestelling in orde zou maken, als ze mijn gegevens had. Die heb ik dus meerdere malen gemaild. Na bijna 2 maanden, op 1 december, kreeg ik op mijn zoveelste navragen als antwoord, dat er nieuwe voorraad aan zat te komen en dan zou het in orde gemaakt worden. Kortom: 11 januari, geen klok, geen reactie meer. Ik voel me behoorlijk in de zeik genomen (mag ik dat hier schrijven?).

Needed bags for a not so current, but all the same perfectly working vacuum cleaner. In the specialized store they couldn't provide them anymore. Ordered online, paid for by iDeal and the next day they were shipped, another day and they're here. THIS is what internet selling should look like!
Had stofzakken nodig voor een niet meer actueel type stofzuiger, die het verder nog prima doet. De speciaalzaak kon ze niet meer leveren. Online besteld, iDeal betaald en de volgende dag waren ze al onderweg. Zo zou internet shopping er altijd uit moeten zien!

I don't have a question. Just want to express my gratitude that this site exists and that so many people bother to comment on a Webshop like YourWish. I was tempted to order a magnetic phone charger but I'm glad I read the reviews first. Thanks!

I too ordered a clock in Oktober and the only thing I saw of this order was the billing on my credit card, close to 60. When trying to inform on the delivery date in December, I found no contact. The site referring to the contact gave an 404 error: Page not found. My bank is still trying to recover the money, but as far I can see now, they too won't get answers.
Update december, 23. Things will get crazy now. A few days ago my bank confirmed cancelling the payment for the clock, and today, after more than 3 months, the clock arrived! Will see what happens next.
