I purchased a part from this vendor. I paid the price that was shown on the website. I then got another email stating that the price had gone up and I needed to pay an additional amount. In contacting the company, I felt that this was a poor way to conduct business and, to me, it was unethical.
The reply I got was far from what I would consider good customer relations. It was short and did not address my questions about the business practice and the ethics of asking for more money after the initial price has been paid.
This was the worst response they could have sent. Customer relations is not this company's long suit.
Beware of any purchase you make.
