My son and I too have been scammed by this website. Thankfully I payed with Paypal, so I suppose I must start my claim now! After ordering, I did receive the confirmation email from the Nintendo future website, but when I log in to check on the status of my order, it says "order processing"-STILL, After a month! Worst part is, it was my son's hard-earned money. Those thieves...
If you read carefully on the refund portion of the Nintendofuture website, it states they'll give you a refund-after up to 15 days of purchase date. Kinda hard to do that if you never receive your item...(!) They also say they'll give you a refund if you don't receive your item. I'm totally doubting that. I'm not sure I even want to contact them. What a scam!
Please don't buy from them! Spare yourself the headache...
