The trees are very small and unhealthy. The trees sometimes take a week to be delivered and gos into my mailbox at my apartment complex so small mailbox and trees. I have had a bundle of 6 trees in a tiny mailbox and why would they even be delivered there. They always die within a week or they are dead upon arrival. You get shipping updates but the shipping is terrible. Customer service is rude and not helpful at all. I have ordered with them multiple times and species of tree but I will not again. So I ordered some turtles and they all came dead so I emailed tortoise town and after a couple weeks of unhelpful emails I was told no refunds and I had to pay shipping for my replacements which is a scam, but I paid the 40$ shipping again and then they completely stopped emailing me back and 2 weeks later after paying the 2nd shipping fee I haven't heard anything or gotten any replacements so basically I got scammed twice from one purchase. And only dead turtles buried in the yard about 300$ later. It is illegal to sell turtles under 4 inch's in any state. If they fix this I will remove this review.

Worked hard for this money. I paid 40$ for shipping alone and put in a lot of time making the setup right and then waited frantically for delivery of sick turtles that died the same day. I have raised reptiles my entire life and this company is selling bad turtles and they won't respond to my emails or calls so I'm not getting a refund obviously
