On 12/20/21 I employed Tom Heard from hailageek to enable my Brother Printer to print from my computer.

In talking with Tom on my cell phone I asked him to give me a quote and he quoted a price of $45 to restore my connectivity. To give me a firm quote over the telephone without first visiting my home/business office I felt he must be supremely confident in his abilities. [ I had tried for 4 days to fix the problem through my own efforts but was unsuccessful.]

Over the telephone and in person Tom has an upbeat cheerful personality and made me feel completely at ease. He arrived promptly on time in his hailageek van at 2:00 p.m. Upon sitting down and making a cursory examination he said he could fix the problem in 2 minutes but that he wanted to spend more time and give me a more extensive and complete printer connectivity. I sat beside him as he nimbly did the work - he obviously knew what he was doing. He is a founder/partner in HailAGeek which has 17 locations in the Houston area.
