Xfinity customer service and support is a disaster. Never have I seen a company with such inept, incompetent, poor service as Xfinity. Cable TV is bad, Xfinity is even worse. When I signed up for internet in May 2021, the agent misspelled by email address so the Xfinity store could find no record of my account, and I could never sign in online or create an account. Once adding TV package, I went to the Xfinity store, Port Charlotte, FL where the wait times were 1 -2 hours. When I received the cable TV box, it was defective and could not be used. I was also provided only one cable for the splitter when two are obviously required, one for the modem and the other for cable box. I spent hours on the phone with Xfinity to receive help. The supervisor agreed to send a wireless cable box with 4K capabilities. Instead, the cable box does not have 4K to match my TV. An agent agreed to expedite a second wireless box with 4K. No trace of the new wireless cable box has been found searching UPS, FedEx. I cannot reach Xfinity customer service. Xfinity is a disaster.
