Terrible customer service. I ordered an engine stand that says ships within 24 hours. Upon ordering I get an email that says due to COVID shipping may be delayed 3-5 days... ok I can live with that... fast forward 2 weeks then 3 weeks. Nothing... I keep sending inquiries and get generic responses that say wait 3-5 days for a response. Responses never come... eventually after a month I can't wait any longer. I order elsewhere and receive the stand in 2 days. I inform TRUCKID they need to cancel the order since tracking shows it has not shipped until and it's been ridiculously long. I get the same generic 3-5 day for a response reply. 6 days later the stand shows up. I repeat my complaint telling them I informed them I no longer needed it before it shipped. They write back and say we'll basically it's your problem, you can pay to ship it back and we will also deduct the original shipping cost and additional money from your refund basically guaranteeing no one would return the item for less than half of what was paid as a refund.

Total joke of a company DO NOT ORDER HERE there are hundreds of better places to shop.
