Booked a room through hotels.com. Showed up at the hotel, and the place was shuttered. Wrote to hotels immediately. No response for two weeks. Finally had to contact them. A dozen communications later, "Well, it's not OUR problem is a hotel we listed took your money without being open!" So annoying to go legal over $50, but I'm willing to do it.
