I hired Ghostwriting Llc last August to assist me with a book I was trying to write. I paid them $3500 at the time for writing services and then an additional $1290 to copyright the story materials I had submitted to them. Within the next 2 months I realized I had made a mistake in hiring them. They were unable to give me what I was looking for as their writing was very generic and unimpressive. Their website offers a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the work. It turns out they only refund 30% of what you paid. So at that time I was supposed to receive $1050. They gave me $1000. Next I attempted and have been trying to get the $1290 back that I paid them for the copyrights which of course were never filed as I did not complete my project. Months have gone by with them giving me excuses and the run around as to why this has not been returned to me. They have lied and been deceptive. I presented proof in the form of all of my credit card statements since the payment showing the money was never returned and they still insist they have paid. I am now forced to file complaints with the BBB and the state attorney general which is a huge waste of time. If anyone is looking for this kind of service, please stay away from them. I'm sure there are other reputable options out there.

If you are a frequent international traveler there are programs like Global Access Pass and others to expedite your way through customs and let you use the precheck service to go through security at most airports. When you do a google search for Global access pass or renewal of same, the first site that pops up is Expediteq.com. They claim to help "expedite" the process of obtaining or renewing this pass along with other services. They in fact charge you $150 and do absolutely nothing for you. Do not fall for this scam as I unfortunately did. I was unable to get my money back but I hope that I can prevent others from using this fraudulent service. All that is required is to go directly to the Trusted Traveler program government service website to apply. This should only cost you $100.

What kind of company deceptively signs you up for some ridiculous "V. I. P." service, which I am sure no one making a complaint on this website, thought they were committing to. I never would have agreed to this type of arrangement and did not notice until recently that I had been being charged for last 7 mos. $49.95/mo. After I made what I thought and intended to be a one time purchase. I complained to my Amex card and they initially reversed the charges. I then cancelled this service by calling Fabletics, which they insisted I had requested, even though I had no awareness of it and never purchased another item from this company. Immediately they sent Amex "proof" that I had signed up for this crap so now they are recharging the $350 back to my card. I have filed a complaint with CA BBB and I hope all of us can reach a resolution and be refunded the money that was basically stolen from us.

Since posting this review here and one on yelp I was able to get help from Fabletics customer service and they refunded the money to me!
