I tried placing an order on their website and tried several cards and all got declined. After spending hours on the phone with customer service, they claimed that the issue was with their third-party processing system, which they have no access to, and told us we will not be able to order anything from their website. This is beyond inconvenient and frankly, they lost me and all my family members as customers. If they do not know how to access their incompetent third-party system, then they are doing a lousy job of managing their own website.
