Venue Premium Marketplace has really great customer service representatives. My item didn't arrive at the time it was scheduled to arrive. I called customer service and my representative was eager to help locate my package and reschedule the delivery.
Tip for consumers:
Shipping was a bit delayed but it finally came and it was the quality i expected.
