I spent £850 with these people but refused to start my work until i sent them my bank statements?! When i called to complain they kept hanging up and blocked my number. After finally getting through on another number i spoke to "Hana" who claimed she was the owner of Royalessay.co.uk. Her teenage friends laughed at me in the background while she abused me. Im still hoping i will get a refund or i will have to report this to the police.

Unfortunately, we received a notification from the billing company, that there was some suspicious activity, associated with this customer’s card. For this reason, we had to implement additional verification procedure and requested additional documents to make sure that the transaction was authorized by the cardholder. The customer refused to provide all necessary documents and started to argue with Support representatives in an offensive manner. We had to cancel this order and refund the payment immediately. As a responsible company, we always try to ensure a financial security of our customers and take all possible measures to prevent online payment fraud.
