Poor performance all around. Nobody update you on whats happen, rrarely answers an email. Packing team appeared to be some random guys they put a shirt on. Dont even ask about their hygeine. Many of my things were damaged on arrival. The insurance they sell does not really help in most cases, weeks of emails back and forth and nothing happens.
