This company is the worst. I needed to cancel a hotel due to COVID. The hotel was willing to refund, no questions asked, but ticketsatwork needed to cancel on my behalf as they made the reservation. The phone call to the hotel would take 2 minutes. In 5 days they did not call or email the hotel on my behalf and I lost out on a refund for a $600/night hotel charge. Never book with these guys as they are all terrible people who will do absolutely nothing to assist the customer. The opposite of customer service. I literally wish nothing but bad things for every single individual I spoke with at the company (which was about 15 people in the course of trying to get a refund).
