Terrible service ever received in my life. I do not recommend this so called company to people who are looking separately apart from provided by the council. They say one thing but do another thing. I was supposed to receive a call they didn't call me back and they said they will change the heater but when they came to check said they will not and wasted our time. Hire people with honesty say you cannot change the heater just want to check loft if it's alright or not why saying a lie. SUCH A LIAR!
