My wife ordered a Mongini's cake to be delivered to her mother in Kolkata for her birthday and even after 14 hours, there was no confirmation. The number given on the site was not reachable. The website looked genuine and their payment gateway was also verified by Verisign. There was an email id and she wrote a stinker threatening legal action. Finally the cake got delivered about 40 mts after their promised delivery time. Wouldnt recommend it.
