Found these folks through Amazon but contacted their website directly. They responded to my email inquiries within minutes and got my order on a truck within the hour. I called with payment info and they knew exactly who I was when they answered the phone within a ring or two. Friendly and helpful and close to rock bottom prices.

Horrible, ordered on Oct. 31, credit card was charged, got a notice on Nov. 1, dryer was being prepared for shipment. We called on Nov. 8, was told it would go out at beginning of next week, called Nov. 15, was told it would go out beginning othe the NEXT week. Tried to cancel via email, was told we would have to call, 30 minutes on hold later, managed to cancel. Got the credit to card a whole week later. Total scam!
