I LOVE JJILL! I also love their sales. So I wait, and wait.

Occasionally the clothes I want are gone in my size when the price drops. But I say cest la vie, Cherie!, to myself.

Ive never had a problem with customer service. In 5 years. Not once.

Highly recommend.
The one negative. Well the 2:
1) they need better designers, with better color palettes.
2) they have nothing for loyal customers. At least Free Shipping, JJill!

We travel. Go on wave runners. Snorkel. Go to nice restaurants. Go boating. Sometimes chill & watch the grass grow.

But one of our best dates was when he said, lets learn how to shoot like pros!

The SigSauer Academy Bear Exeter, NH was excellent! We took a slightly advanced class. 6 hrs in the 90 sun. Its was SO worth it! Learned how to target shoot. Faster. Better skills.

And we bought a Sig each. To practice!

We are heading back after the summer sun calms down. And learn more skills!

Broadway? Maybe next year.

We are going back to SigSauer!

Generally the clothes are well made. I hope ATs quality doesnt dip, as it sometimes does. I always look for chic clothes, elegant but with a bit of flare. Perfect for a professional.

My recommendation to AT: maintain quality and workmanship. Dont slip. You were better 10 years ago.

Ok, so this is my year to buy good shoes! I know what I like. And naturally I dont see any reason to pay exhorbitant prices. Macys? Norman Marcus? Nordstroms? No. Just find your shoes in the sizes that work. At a reputable site. (See my one bad experience).

I may have been lucky. My transaction was smooth. The shoes are terrific!

I got shoes from Boscov. 2 pairs of great flat shoes with arch support. One had a problem. I returned it, and got the correct shoe back. Within a week!
No hassle. My feet are comfy.

Ok, so theres a Huge diff between trendy and downright atrocious!

WHERE are you getting your designs from?! A junior high kid and her pals?

And WHY do those who order clothes not understand the concept of Inventory?! Use an APP for Gods sake!

Memo: Get more sizes of those that sell fast. Get less XXS. This is the US. We American girls are tall. We have busts and hips. We are not petite 410 girls!

What ever happened to beautiful, pretty clothes?

Oh maybe I need to go to WhiteHouseBlackMarket. Or Norman Marcus.

Ok, everyone. There was a new CEO recently who decidedno more coupons. Very few, at any rate.

Hopefully he leaves without mega-millions.
New Yorkers expect sales. Cos we know your mark-ups, silly CEO!

And shame on Macys for poor quality. Its been dropping for 15 years. Are you competing with Sears, Pennys, Kmart, Walmart?!

Because I generally take my business elsewhere.

I tried to understand their silly standardized response-emails. I thought its better to simply send them back. But I read reviews at other sites that warned about it getting refunds. So Im cutting my losses. Will invest in good inserts... which I can use in another shoe, later.
There are lots of other shoe companies on the planet! Good luck to everyone!
These people have no Honor. No Integrity.

Regarding to size problem, Solution plan:
Plan A: The size does not match what you ordered. You will receive a full refund or can choose to receive the product with the right size for free.

Plan B :The size matches what you ordered, but it does not fit. The size of each item may have an inaccuracy of about 2cm/1 inch due to hand measurements.
- If the size difference is less than 2cm/1 inch, you can contact us and apply for a return. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
- If the size is more than 2cm/1 inch different, we will cover all shipping costs.

I never expected my 3 pairs of shoes and a pair of sandals to be good quality. Just cute!
The site itself tells you size of this shoe runs small, so go up a size.
Finally the shoes come in. Cheap, but cute. So far, ok!
One pair of shoes is ok fit. The others too big. Id have to invest in at least $30 of inserts to wear them.
These Hong Kong peoples customer service is Zero. Non-Existant.
Several emails in bad English asking for. Photos?! Of what exactly?! My foot next to a tape? In the shoes? Who is going to take a good pic? My neighbor?!
LOUSY COMPANY.
BUYER BEWARE.
I say: stick with American companies. Or better: Amazon.
