I bought non-working software for over $30. The merchant has a 30-day money back guarantee for technical issues, but they refused to refund me. Verifone, who also goes by 2checkout, refused to refund me because they said that it is only between me and the merchant. Well, now it's me, the merchant, Verifone, and a PayPal dispute.
This site only lasted a few months with only a small amount of members. People actually praised this trash site when it was up as if it it could rival Tophatter in popularity. What a joke.
