If you purchase any Ring product be prepared for NO Customer Service. We had a Ring video doorbell and HD Security Camera installed years ago. The Security Camera archived videos. I removed it for 24 hours when I painted the front of our house. That ended archived video capability. I sent three inquiries to Ring through their agent PissedConsumer.com in May and July. They confirmed my messages had been delivered to Ring. Ring ignored them.

The first kit I bought from them failed after 4 months. To their credit they did send me replacement bulbs and ballasts before I figured out it was the relay. They then sent a new relay that lasted 11 months. When I contacted them for a new relay... total silence. No response to multiple e-mails or voice mails. If you call "sales" you will hear the same voice as "technical support". This is some guy in a garage. My only regret is that I did not check them out here first.
