Went into Costa in Accrington which is local to where I work. I have to say it was in a very dirty and untidy condition, the tables were overflowing with used cups, plates etc. The staff were sitting around chatting and using their 'phones even though there was a long queue of people waiting to be served. There was only one member of staff serving, his name was Ellis and he was doing his best to serve people and to be fair to him he was very friendly and professional. I have been in Costas up and down the country and this was definitely the worst.

Visited B&Q in Nelson, Lancashire to buy supplies for the community garden project that I manage and spoke to their community champion Julie who works in their garden section. As our project is a registered charity they very kindly donated quite a lot of plants and other useful items. We have visited this store several times and always found the staff to be both knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are also very competitive.

Visited Tesco in Burnley, Lancashire and was met by their community champion Billie. She took a big interest in our community garden project and gave us valuable advice and guidance regarding our future progress. She also helped us out by donating some really useful items, as we are a registered charity every penny counts so this kind of help is much needed and appreciated. The price, range and quality off their goods is also very competitive which helps projects like ours very much.

As a big rugby fan I was looking to update my club shirt collection and I came across this web site. The site is very well organised making it very easy to navigate, I found the prices very reasonable and so ordered several shirts.
The package was delivered very quickly and was well protected without being overpackaged. The quality of the shirts was excellent and the sizing accurate, I would recommend this site to anybody who appreciates good quality rugby shirts.

Looking for a retro football shirt (Burnley FC 1970s), I visited the above site. I found the site very easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable also they include a facility to customise the shirt to make it more personal.
I did however encounter a problem with delivery, the shirt was a gift for a mate of mine and unfortunately was delivered well outside the promised time scale so missing his birthday which was very disappointing.
That said the quality was quite good and was well received by my mate.

I bought a new all in one pc, I visited Samspace computer shop in Accrington where I met the proprietor Shamine. I asked him to install some software that I was having a problem with and he took me through a Q&A to establish what use I intended for the pc and he then did what I asked for and gave me the pc back in tip top condition. It was only when I came to use it that I found out the extent of his insight, he had used the Q&A session to provide me with a pc that was configured to make my life so much easier. This guy is so knowledgeable and friendly that it was a pleasure doing business with him and his charges are also very easy to take.

Bought the Toamen slouch beanie from Amazon, fantastic value only £0.78 plus £1.78 p&p. Really well made, thick cable knit and furry lined inner great for winter. Have had loads of enquiries from friends about it. If you're looking for a slouch beanie this is a great option and at less than £5.00 outstanding value for money.

After suffering from chronic neck pain for years and having tried other pillows recommended to reduce associated pain without success I tried the Dormeo Memory Octasense Delux pillow and WOW! No more all day headaches, no more sore eyes and no more neck pain. Ok it's not cheap at £55.00 a go but I would happily pay this amount and more to get these results, it works and works well and it's really that simple.
I would highly recommend for anyone who knows the misery of neck pain.

Ordered 12 items via their website. Package delivered to the wrong address 2 miles away. When I received the package it had been opened, items were missing and some obviously opened and tried on. I complained via website with no joy. I called to complain at least 2 dozen times but each time got the message that they are very busy and then they terminate the call. I would strongly warn people to be very cautious when thinking of shopping with this company.
